On this article, I will discuss how to make money with a website.

The most obvious way of making money is selling a product. I prefer not to sell hard goods, but information products as this cuts out all the paperwork, packaging, etc. I discuss this more on my product creation page.

A major alternative to make money is to enlist Google's help in funding your website. The service I'm referring to is called Google Adsense. People can enrol in this program to enable video, image and text advertisements on their websites. These ads come from Google AdWords advertiser base, which pretty much covers any topic you can think of.

Many people, like the creator of 2CreateAWebsite.com, earn money by placing Google Adsense advertisements on their website. Each time someone clicks on one of these advertisements, the webmaster receives a commission. This is an excellent way to earn money as you don't have to do any packaging and handling, and you don't need to worry about customer service. Google AdSense is an easy and fast way for almost all website publishers to display relevant Google advertisements on their website and earn money whenever a visitor clicks on it.

Another way to make money is to join affiliate programs. This is where a business rewards affiliates for each visitor or customer brought about by the affiliate's marketing efforts or each product bought. An example of an affiliate program is RoboForm, a product which allows you to type in personal information into forms with the click of a button. ClickBank is a popular affiliate program. Affiliate networks are slightly different. This is where you put a link to another website and they link to you as well. An examples of an affiliate networks is the SiteSell Value Exchange.
